It's time for another great Body Design Outdoor Group Power Fitness Event!

Are you interested in a fun activity that will MAXIMIZE FAT LOSS AND BUILD YOUR ENDURANCE? You don't want to miss this event. It's going to be a blast! We challenge you to join us for THE BODY DESIGN SILVER COMET 5K RUN WALK!!!

The Cause: Our Goal is to raise funds for Safe House Outreach who helps the homeless by giving a hand up not a hand out!

The Event: There will be no bibs, timing chips, or race standings! Just lot's of fun and a great group of people!

NOTICE: OUR EVENTS ARE SHOT ON VIDEO AND STILL PHOTOGRAPHY!

There is a $10 fee for this event! You can register in advance online at http://www.outdoorgrouppower.com/ or at a Body Design Personal Training Club! 100% of the net proceeds will be donated to Safe House Outreach!

This activity is for all fitness levels; however, it will be intense!

You will be required to sign a liability and photo release before the event begins!
