Tes has been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years as a sports coach, fitness instructor, and strength & conditioning coach. She has trained at the collegiate level in Ohio, Michigan, and most recently Augusta, GA. Tes graduated in 2000 from the University of Virginia with degrees in Kinesiology and Teaching. She is a sports and fitness enthusiast and committed to helping others reach their top fitness potential and goals. Tes joins Body Design Personal Training in June of 2010.
