· What is Cardio Blast? Cardio Blast is a 45-minute cardiovascular workout that cannot be duplicated in a health club. Cardio Blast is an extremely effective cardiovascular routine that was design to supplement your current nutrition and weight training program.
· Who is Cardio Blast for? Cardio Blast is for anyone looking to improve their endurance and lose body fat. It is for people who get bored on the treadmill or elliptical and love the outdoors!
· Do I need to be in shape before participating in Cardio Blast? Not at all. Whether you are just starting a fitness program or you are already fit, anyone can benefit from Cardio Blast. Cardio Blast is designed to challenge all fitness levels and compliment your current weight training and nutrition program.
· Is the Body Design Cardio Blast like traditional outdoor boot camps? No, traditional boot camps are set up for a specific amount of time like 12 weeks, 5x week at 6am. Then you're finished. The Body Design Cardio Blast has been designed to assist with making permanent lifestyle change, and you can participate in it for as long as you wish.
· Can I bring a friend? Absolutely, we encourage you too. This is an open event! Friends that train together, grow together! :)
· What if I can't perform a certain exercise? Then we will give you a modified, low-impact exercise as an alternative, or you can just wait for the next exercise!
· Is there an age limit? Not at all, and kids are more than welcome. If under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian will need to be present and sign a release.
· Can I bring my dog? Pets are prohibited. Although we are animal lovers, it is just not possible to effectively complete Cardio Blast with a dog by your side!
