Meal Planning - Every Body Design Personal Training member receives an extremely effective custom meal plan based on their current body, activity level, and fat loss/muscle gain goals!
All of our fitness programs are customized to the member's exercise history, any restrictions and specific goals. Every membership is implemented with Body Design's unique functional training style. It does not stop there; the most important component of all of our memberships is our effective science-based meal planning!
