Here at Body Design, we like nothing better than hearing your success stories. You're determined, focused and goal-oriented - maybe not at first, but you've worked hard to achieve your aspirations. Now, share your experience and help motivate others to acheive their fitness goals!

We pick one entry every year as our "Success of the Year"!

To submit your entry, please email your before-and-after pictures and answers to the following questions to info@bodydesign.biz.

9. After picture: Date taken/weight/body fat percentage

13. Fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced)
14. Brief story about your experience

All entries must have before-and-after pictures and complete answers to the above questions in order to be considered.

Results of the "Share Your Success Story Contest" are posted in our March newsletter of the following year. Winners are awarded by February 15th of the following year.
